Try the following:

  • Are you running Skype Metro? Please use the latest Skype Desktop instead.
  • Make sure the CatchEye installation completed successfully.
  • Restart Skype (quit it completely) after installing CatchEye.

If all the above does not work, try restarting your computer.


If you are still having trouble, we recommend uninstalling CatchEye, restarting your computer and then installing CatchEye again.
